Please be advised that cancellations made 3 business days prior to a scheduled appointment via will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 3 business days or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of$75 (non-refundable).

If Spa Pavone cancels an appointment with less than 2 Business Days, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
