Keitha received her Master Aesthetician license from Spokane’s historic Glen Dow Academy and has always possessed a deep love for skincare and aesthetics. She has a profound gift for being able to connect with patients and educate them on how to properly care for and love their skin. Her favorite part of her profession is building meaningful relationships with her patients, and it shows!

In her free time, Keitha enjoys playing volleyball, being outdoors with her family, and enjoying all parts of nature that Spokane has to offer.

While obtaining her Master Aesthetician license at Glen Dow Academy, Jamie fell in love with the intricacies of the aesthetic world. Even outside of work, she dedicates much of her free time reading to stay up to date on the latest industry advancements.

Jamie’s vibrant energy inspires her patients to get excited about their skincare journey and to fall deeper in love with their skin every step of the way.

At home, Jamie enjoys spending time with her daughter and playing with her goldendoodle, Bentley.

From an early age, Amy felt called to take care of others. She has been a registered nurse for 17 years, with experience in long term care as well as hospital nursing in orthopedics, trauma and reconstructive plastics.

At Spa Pavone and Plastic Surgery Northwest, she feels blessed to be able to provide the gift of restoration to our patients, and loves to help people heal their mind, body and spirit. “I love helping patients feel and look their best and gain confidence in their appearance to reflect their inner beauty.”

Outside of Spa Pavone, you can find Amy spending time enjoying nature with her three beautiful children, building & refinishing furniture in her shop, or singing & playing guitar with her worship team.

As Director of Clinical Operations, Audrey has played an integral role in the development and success of Spa Pavone at Plastic Surgery Northwest.

A graduate from Gonzaga University with her Master’s in Business Administration, Audrey uses her leadership prowess and business acumen to continuously enhance the operations of our spa and clinic.

Haylee was born and raised in the California desert near Death Valley, but happily proclaims herself as a Washingtonian. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and acts as our Supervisor of Spa Services. A master at creative strategizing, she is continuously finding ways to enhance our patient experience in exciting and innovative ways.

She loves that her position allows her to be integrated in both the clinical and spa aspects of patient care and broadens her depth of knowledge and love for the field. Her favorite thing about Spa Pavone is our mission to offer a comprehensive and personalized approach at overall skin health & restoration.

When Haylee isn’t working as our dedicated Spa Supervisor, you can find her outdoors hiking, biking, or boating. She loves just about anything that gets her connected with nature and allows her to forge lasting connections with her sons.

An avid skincare enthusiast and notorious social butterfly, Kelli is an amazing resource at Spa Pavone and Plastic Surgery Northwest. Bubbly and professional, she’ll be the first to tell you how amazing you look when you step out of your spa treatment, and you’ll start to think of her as a friend you can’t wait to see every time you book an appointment.

Kelli grew up in South Korea, where her father served as a US Airman and her mother is originally from. A lover of the outdoors no matter the weather, if she’s not at Spa Pavone rocking it at the front desk, she’s out on the lake waterboarding or up in the mountains skiing. Regardless of if she’s at work, home, or anywhere in between, you can always find Kelli with an iced coffee in hand and a smile on her face.
