Botox Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA injection) is for moderate to severe forehead lines, crow's feet lines, and frown lines between the eyebrows in adults. 

Purchased in 50 unit increments. Botox will be injected at Spa Pavone/Plastic Surgery Northwest.
